Return and Refund Policy

Your 30-day money-back guarantee

You can request a return of a Post-Glp product under our voluntary money-back guarantee within 30 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return under this guarantee, return the product in its original packaging and pay the return shipping cost.

The guarantee also applies if you have opened the product. Keep the original bottle or container and packaging, and return any remaining contents with them. You do not need to continue using a product to request a return. For a bundle return, include the items or containers covered by your return request.

This guarantee is additional to your statutory rights. Its deadline and packaging conditions do not restrict rights concerning faulty, unsafe, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or misdescribed goods, or mandatory cancellation rights.

How to arrange a return

1. Email info@usepostglp.com within 30 days of delivery for a return under the voluntary guarantee. Include your order number, the email used at checkout, and the item or bundle you want to return.
2. Our support team will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the address provided. Keep your postage receipt or tracking information.

Please arrange voluntary returns with us before sending them. Our business mailing address is not automatically the return address. Contacting us for instructions does not mean that a statutory cancellation requires our prior approval.

Who pays return shipping

You pay return shipping for a change-of-mind return under the 30-day guarantee. If an item is faulty, damaged, unsafe, or incorrect, contact us so we can arrange the appropriate remedy and explain the return arrangements. We bear costs that applicable consumer law requires us to bear.

Refunds

For a return under the voluntary guarantee, we process the refund after the returned item arrives. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, and we will confirm when the refund has been issued. Your payment provider may need additional time to show the credit. Mandatory refund deadlines and requirements take precedence.

The product refund is based on the amount actually paid for the returned items, including any applicable discount and refundable tax. Statutory refunds of standard outbound delivery must remain available where required.]

Damaged, faulty, incorrect, or unsafe products

Email us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the item, label, lot number, and packaging can help us investigate, where available. The 30-day voluntary return window does not limit your separate legal rights. A return, replacement, repair where appropriate, or refund will be handled according to those rights and the circumstances.

Do not use a product if its tamper-evident seal is broken when it arrives or if you believe it may be unsafe. If you experience an adverse reaction, stop using it and seek appropriate medical advice. You can also notify info@usepostglp.com so we can investigate the product concern.

Order cancellation

Orders that have not been fulfilled or shipped can be cancelled. Email info@usepostglp.com with your order number as soon as possible. We will confirm whether cancellation has been completed. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, the return process applies without limiting any statutory cancellation rights.

EEA and UK statutory withdrawal rights

If applicable EEA or UK consumer law gives you a right to withdraw from an online purchase, you generally have 14 days after receiving the goods to notify us of your decision without giving a reason. For an order delivered in separate installments, the applicable period may run from receipt of the last item. You may email info@usepostglp.com using a clear statement of withdrawal. You may use the form below, but doing so is not required.

After notifying us, send the goods back within the further 14-day period required by applicable law. You bear direct return costs only where the law permits and those costs were properly disclosed. For a valid statutory withdrawal, we reimburse the payments required by law, including the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery for a full-order withdrawal. Any extra amount paid for a premium delivery choice need not be refunded where the law permits.

We make the statutory refund without undue delay and within the applicable 14-day deadline after being informed of withdrawal, but may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of their return, whichever occurs first, where permitted. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise and do not charge a reimbursement fee. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics, and functioning, where the law allows.

Legal exceptions may apply, including goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly and sealed goods that are genuinely unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons after they have been unsealed. These exceptions do not automatically apply to every supplement and do not restrict your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods. Any more favorable rights under our voluntary guarantee remain available.

Other international consumer rights

If the law that applies to your purchase gives you additional cancellation, refund, replacement, or product-guarantee rights, those rights remain available. No statement in this policy removes a protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
